1.0 - Payments
To avoid embarrassment, cash payments should be made within the first 10 minutes of your appointment. Please don't be offended if your escort counts your payment, as this is company policy to ensure that any mistakes can be dealt with immediately.
2.0 - Refunds
Once a service has been given, refunds cannot be issued. For cancellation information, please read our cancellation policy (3.0).
3.0 - Cancellation
We understand that your schedule may not run smoothly or your plans might change. If you would like to cancel your booking, please give Finesse as much notice as possible. Please telephone 07810 775 986 / 07748 124 192
If the lady arrives and you have to cancel, there will be a £60 cancellation charge made payable to the escort towards her travel costs.
4.0 - Escorts
All of the ladies are self-employed individuals.
5.0 - Service
The monies exchanged between the client and the escort are for a companionship service only. Anything that may occur during your date is an activity between two consenting adults.
6.0 - Withheld Telephone Numbers
The receptionists do not answer calls from withheld numbers or reply to SMS messages.
7.0 - Respect
Any escort has the right to leave at any time if they are being treated with any form of aggression or disrespect.
8.0 Email Cancellation
If you book an escort through email and you need to cancel this needs to be done via the telephone not email.
9.0 Other Occupants
When booking one escort to visit your home or hotel if there is someone else other than yourself on the premises you must inform us of this when booking and it would be to our discretion whether the booking went ahead.
